Ryan Garrett is the Education Director for the Mono Lake Committee and a board member of the Eastern Sierra Audubon Society. He first came to the Eastern Sierra as a high school student and was inspired by the region’s natural and political landscapes to study Environmental Ethics in college. Now based in Lee Vining, he spends his time leading environmental education programs, birding, cooking, and volunteering for the local fire department.
